Visit scheduling is undertaken from our Head Office in Charlton, where our national lift maintenance database is held. Jackson maintenance engineers are sent visit schedules directly to their company-provided smartphones, where they can access and update the lift status information in real-time. At the end of each maintenance visit, we will provide an update on the outcome, including any issues identified that may need further attention. In cases where your site contact is not available, our administration team will ensure you are informed of any necessary follow-up actions.
