Maintenance scheduling is undertaken via our national lift maintenance database, supervision is undertaken by our locally based supervisors operating from our offices in Manchester.
On completion of a maintenance visit, your Jackson engineer will provide an update on their work and the status of your lift to your designated site contact. In instances when your site contact is unavailable, our administration team will inform you of any necessary follow-up actions if needed
