There is something special at Jackson. We believe it is our people and our strong culture of family ethics that has embraced and encouraged our people for over four decades. Our people have helped make Jackson the largest independent lift, escalator & cradle business operating in the UK today.
This family ethic is demonstrated by the multiple family groups working with us, something not often found in our industry. The largest of which, consists of eight family members, ranging from apprentices to fully trained engineers, supervisors and a help desk assistant. A true testament to our traditional values and respectful behaviour is shown to all who come into contact with our people.
We are committed to employee development and always follow a ‘promote from within’ policy where possible. This has allowed us to develop the skills and careers of our people across the company, irrespective of their job role or where they work.
Today, we are proud that all of our Managers, and virtually all of our Directors, have risen through the Jackson ranks to achieve the valuable positions they hold.
