Jackson Local Maintenance Engineer Coverage
Our dedicated maintenance engineers provide extensive coverage across:

This part of Gloucestershire is another of the Southwest’s most attractive regions, steeped in history dating back to the Roman period when Cirencester was the second-largest town in Roman Britain after Londinium (London). Nearby Stroud, which boasts a population of 125,000 across the town and wider district, was once a centre of the woollen mill industry.
Today, alongside a thriving tourism sector, many of these historic mills have been transformed into residential apartments and attractions. These unique buildings, as well as the region’s countless hospitality venues, rely heavily on passenger lifts to safely transport residents and guests. To support them, Jackson provides both routine maintenance and the installation of modern passenger and mobility platform lifts.

Your Jackson Scheduled Maintenance Visit
Throughout the period of a Jackson Lift Maintenance Contract, our locally based engineers will regularly visit our customers’ premises. As a result, they become well-known and trusted for their reliability and friendly service.
Equipped with company-issued tablets, Jackson engineers can view, manage, and report on their scheduled work, review a lift’s status, and check if any messages or specific instructions have been left regarding the equipment they are about to service.
Your Jackson lift engineer will check in with your site contact at the end of the maintenance visit. If they are unavailable to discuss our work, a member of our administration team will contact you directly to provide an update and outline any follow-up actions that may be needed.
