Our maintenance engineers are equipped with company-issued tablets, allowing them to view, manage, and report on their allocated work in real-time. When a Jackson engineer arrives for a scheduled maintenance visit, they will first check in with your nominated site contact to ask about any problems you may have experienced with the lift.

If your site contact is unavailable at the end of the visit, a member of our administration team will contact you directly to provide an update and outline any follow-up actions that may be needed.

These routes are organised by postcode, and daily visit information and scheduling is dispatched via our national lift maintenance database directly to each engineer to be viewed on their company-supplied tablet.
