Our directly employed, locally based lift engineers cover the whole of Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. We maintain, repair, modernise and install lifts, escalators, platform lifts, and stair lifts in properties ranging from two-floor care homes to premium high-rise commercial and residential buildings.

Typically, Jackson lift maintenance engineers will be living within a short drive from their routine maintenance routes, which helps to provide local engineer continuity and assists in reducing travel time and responding to service calls. We believe having friendly, competent engineers who live within the local community and become well-known to our customers is essential for developing the strong relationships we are proud of.

All Jackson lift engineers are equipped with company-issued smartphones that connect directly to our national lift maintenance database held at our Head Office in Charlton. Visit scheduling is sent to each engineer, who can access and update live information online about the lift. At the end of each maintenance visit, our engineers will provide an update on the outcome, including any issues identified that may need further attention. In cases where your site contact is not available, our administration team will ensure you are informed of any necessary follow-up actions.
