Great service brings awards, which was exactly the case for our Manchester team who have recently won a maintenance contract for the escalators at the four-storey Princes Quay Shopping Centre in Hull. The contract award follows on from the successful relationship we have developed for reliability with the Princes Quay’s management, over the lengthy time we have been maintaining the centre’s lifts.
During the summer of 2021 and following on from the centre’s change of ownership, Jackson was asked if we would take over the maintenance of the escalators. The aim of the Princes Quay’s management was to have only one maintenance provider for their lifts and escalators. After discussions and budget submissions with the Centre’s Management. Jackson were awarded the additional maintenance contract for the centre’s escalators.
