About Us

Established in 1979, Jackson has become the UK’s largest independent Lift, Escalator and Cradle maintenance providers. Jackson is a wholly-owned family business, founded on customer-first, quality service.

As a nationwide business, we provide a local maintenance, repair and installation service to our customers, delivered by dedicated Jackson staff living in the multiple regions we serve across the UK.

Although well-known for our maintenance services, Jackson also install, modernise and refurbish existing lifts and escalators, and are recognised for our technical expertise in working on original manufacturers’ equipment.
