Lift & Escalator Maintenance – Kent, East and West Sussex

Jackson provides lift, escalator and platform lift maintenance, repairs, modernisation, and installation services across the whole of Kent and East and West Sussex.

Most of our friendly local lift maintenance engineers will live within a short drive of a customer’s premises where, under contract, we maintain the lifts and escalators. Our policy of employing locally based engineers helps Jackson to provide customers with continuity and assists us in developing long-term relationships. Jackson lift maintenance engineers all have dedicated lift maintenance routes, which, combined with their local knowledge of traffic conditions, reduces travel time and help us to respond more quickly to service calls.

All maintenance work is allocated via our national lift maintenance database, which is accessible on each engineer’s company-issued smartphone. Visit scheduling is undertaken from our Head Office in Charlton and is sent to our engineers, who can access and update the information in real-time. At the end of each maintenance visit, we will provide an update on the outcome, including any issues identified that may need further attention. In cases where your site contact is not available, our administration team will ensure you are informed of any necessary follow-up actions.
