When responding to a request for a lift modernisation, one of our Scottish-based Sales Engineers will arrange to visit the site to discuss your requirements and undertake a technical lift survey and condition report. This survey and report are undertaken to form the basis of our modernisation estimate and subsequent discussions about the proposed work. In instances where a customer has a lift consultant in place, our local sales engineer will always work closely with them to achieve the best long-term lift modernisation solution.
Many of the modernisation projects we undertake focus on the control systems and user interfaces to improve reliability and compliance with the latest standards, including BS EN 81-80 and BS EN 81-82. However, we don’t only undertake controller and interface upgrades; our experienced Scottish lift engineers also undertake full replacement modernisations of hydraulic and traction-driven lifts.
When working in a fully operational building, Jackson local engineers always take extra care to overcome any inconvenience or disturbance to those living, working or visiting using the building.
We work across all sectors, including but not limited to:
- Retail properties, hotels and hospitality venues
- Commercial and residential properties
- Care and nursing homes
Our services cover all of Northeast Scotland, including, but not limited to:
Aberdeen, Arbroath, Braemar, Connel, Dundee, Fraserburgh, Nairn, Perth and Peterhead.
