The management of our locally based engineers, who cover maintenance, repairs, modernisation, and installation of lifts, escalators, platform lifts, and stairlifts across Berkshire, is split between our Wimborne and Charlton offices.
This structure ensures our maintenance engineers’ home locations are close to their daily work requirements. It allows us to reduce travel time and respond more quickly to service calls. We firmly believe that having friendly, competent engineers who live within the local community and become familiar faces to our customers is essential for developing strong customer relationships.
All maintenance visits are scheduled via our national lift maintenance database, which is held at our Head Office. When undertaking a maintenance visit, we will always check in with the nominated site contact to establish if there are any problems with the lift that we are unaware of. At the end of each visit, we will update your site contact on the outcome, including any issues that may need further attention. In cases where your site contact is not available, a member of our administration team will ensure you are informed of any necessary follow-up actions.
