In Wiltshire, the management of all maintenance, repair, modernisation, and services for lifts, escalators, platform lifts, and stairlifts is split between our Wimborne and Bristol offices.
We have structured our services this way to provide customers with a truly local experience, delivered by directly employed maintenance engineers who live near their daily routes. These routes are organised by postcode, which provides several key benefits for our customers.
One is that it allows us to reduce travel time and respond more quickly to service calls and emergencies. We firmly believe that having friendly, competent engineers who live within the local community and become familiar faces to our customers is essential for developing strong and long-lasting customer relationships. Also, our local engineers, supervisors and managers often become involved in community activities, embracing local sports and charitable events.


Salisbury
When a Jackson engineer arrives for a scheduled maintenance visit, they will first check in with your nominated site contact to ask about any problems you may have experienced with the lift.
If your site contact is unavailable at the end of the visit, a member of our administration team will contact you directly to provide an update and outline any follow-up actions that may be needed.
