Our directly employed maintenance engineers provide customers with reliable
maintenance, repairs and modernisation services for lifts, escalators, platform lifts,
and stairlifts.

Day-to-day management is undertaken by locally based Jackson supervisors operating from our offices in Manchester, whilst routine maintenance is scheduled via our national lift maintenance database, which is held at our Head Office in Charlton, London. Jackson maintenance engineers all have company-issued tablets to enable them to view and report on their allocated work.

On completion of a maintenance visit, your Jackson engineer will provide an update on their work to your designated site contact and will highlight any issues that may need further attention. If your site contact is unavailable, our administration team will ensure you are informed of any necessary follow-up actions.
