Jackson lift engineers who work in Surrey and Berkshire report to our Head Office in Charlton and typically operate from their home locations. Equipped with company-issued smartphones, our engineers can access and update real-time information on the lifts and escalators they maintain. At the end of each maintenance visit, we will provide an update on the outcome, including any issues identified that may need further attention. In cases where your site contact is not available, our administration team will ensure you are informed of any necessary follow-up actions.
