One of our customers in their social housing and care sector is a West Midlands housing provider with a growing portfolio of approximately 30,000 homes and Jackson Lichfield engineers have modernised and been maintaining the hydraulic lifts across several managed properties.
A low-rise hydraulic lift modernisation was recently completed at a 2-storey, 30-apartment housing and care complex in Coventry which consisted of a new Hydratec Smart system, utilising Bucher hydraulic iValve and a Digital Advanced lift control system.
