Installation site co-ordinator

A vacancy has arisen for a Site Co - Ordinator within our busy Charlton construction department. The position will require site visits in conjunction site supervisors etc & liaison with various professional bodies such as Consultants & CDM coordinators. The position will report directly to the Installation Manager - Allan Reed. The duties to include, but not limited to:

> Attend site meetings, especially initial set up meetings.
> Progress actions required from site meetings
> Ensure site supervisors undertake actions from meetings.
> Coordinate compilation of site Health & Safety plans, with clients & consultants.
> Coordinate site Waste Management Plans.
> Preparation & issuing of Risk Assessments & Method Statements.
> Issue & amend "programme of works"

The successful applicant needs to have previous relevant experience and be able to work efficiently within a busy department.

The hours will be 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
